Trump "doesn't rule out the use of military force in the Panama Canal and Greenland"

U.S. President-elect Trump, who will take office soon, is becoming increasingly explicit in his ambitions to expand his territory.

It said it could also use military force for the Panama Canal and the annexation of Greenland.

Trump, who held an unscheduled news conference, said he would not rule out the possibility of using military force over the annexation of Greenland and the Panama Canal.

However, he is in talks with the Panama government over the right to operate the canal, and Greenland said a referendum could decide on its incorporation into the United States.

The Danish government has warned it will retaliate with high tariffs if it blocks a referendum.

I was confident that economic coercion, instead of military force, would be sufficient to incorporate Canada into the United States.
