Currently, the temperature in Seoul is minus 4.5 degrees Celsius, which is as cold as yesterday.

In the future, the cold wind will get stronger and stronger, and the wind chill will stay below zero throughout the day.

Please pay special attention to keeping warm with a thick coat.

Sporadic snow continues today, mainly in Chungcheong and southern regions.

With about 10cm of snow already piled up, it is expected that there will be strong and more snow.

You should be careful not to damage the facilities.

There is currently a '∀ warning' in northern Gangwon-do.
Other Gangwon-do and northeastern Gyeonggi-do are under a 'Hanpa Watch' in effect.

These areas have plummeted to minus 14.8 degrees Celsius in Cheorwon and -12.4 degrees Celsius in Paju,

Other areas also fell to minus 5.1 degrees Celsius in Andong and minus 3.9 degrees Celsius in Sejong.

It will be cold all day with cold wind even during the day.

Today's midday temperature in Seoul will stop at 0 degrees, Chuncheon -1 degrees, and Jeonju will stop at 3 degrees.

In the cold weather, a 'heavy snow warning' is in place in Chungnam and Jeonbuk regions.

Snow has grown stronger. I'm repeating that it's weakening.

Up to 30cm in these areas and the mountains of Jeju in the future,
