In fact, this is the strongest cold wave of the winter.

The Korea Meteorological Administration said today that the temperature felt throughout the day in Seoul and other metropolitan areas is between minus 5 degrees and minus 10 degrees,

Tomorrow and the day after tomorrow, the temperature in Seoul is expected to drop to minus 12 degrees Celsius.

The morning wind chill in the Seoul metropolitan area is expected to plunge to around minus 20 degrees Celsius.

The wind chill is expected to remain around minus 15 degrees Celsius even in the middle of the day, so the strongest cold wave is expected to rage this winter until the morning after today and tomorrow.

Currently, cold wave warnings have been expanded not only in Seoul but also throughout the central part.
