The steering committee was scheduled to hold a general meeting to ask questions about pending issues to the presidential office and the security office, but all officials from the presidential office, including Chung, who was adopted as a witness, were absent.

Opposition members believed that they did not comply with the request for witnesses to appear without reason, and passed a bill to file a complaint against 22 people, including Director Chung, in accordance with the National Audit and Investigation Act.
