Seoul is the first "Hanpa Special Report" this winter?

[Caster]
As the cold reaches its peak, the cold wave warning has been expanded and strengthened.

A special report was also issued for the first time this winter in Seoul.

This is because a cold wave of around -12 degrees Celsius is expected tomorrow and the day after tomorrow.

Even now, the temperature in Seoul is -1 degrees and the wind chill is -4 degrees.

Even the artificial waterfalls in the city center behind me couldn't stand the cold, and icicles were made everywhere. For the time being, you have to prepare yourself for the cold.

According to the current cold wave warning situation, a "cold wave warning" has been issued in northeastern Gyeonggi Province, inland Gangwon Province, northern North Chungcheong Province, and northeastern North Gyeongsang Province, and cold wave warnings have been issued in other metropolitan areas, Chungcheong Province, eastern North Jeolla Province, and North Gyeongsang Province.

Today's daytime temperature in Seoul is expected to be 0 degrees, Gwangju 6 degrees, and Daegu 5 degrees, and the cold wind will blow and bring down the wind chill.

Snow falls in the south of Chungcheong in the extreme cold.

Currently, a "heavy snow watch" is being issued as snow is concentrated on the west coast of Chungcheongnam-do and northern Jeollabuk-do.

By tomorrow, 3 to 5cm of snow per hour will be concentrated in the mountains of Chungnam, Honam, and Jeju, and the heavy snow warning will be gradually expanded and strengthened.

Until the day after tomorrow, Jeonbuk and Jeju mountains will experience heavy snow of up to 30cm or more, and Chungnam and Jeonnam will also experience heavy snow of up to 20cm or more.

Snowfall will mostly subside tomorrow afternoon, but it will continue until Friday in the Honam region and Sunday in Jeju Island.

Also, this cold wave will peak tomorrow and gradually ease from the weekend.

The atmosphere on the east coast is still very dry.

There is a high risk of fire, so you should be careful of the fire.
