The People's Power decided to maintain the "non-determination theory" in the re-voting of the so-called bilateral special prosecution law, including the independent counsel for civil war and the Kim Gun-hee independent counsel law.

Floor spokesman Park Soo-min met with reporters after the general meeting of lawmakers and said that the existing unconstitutionality and illegality remain the same in the special prosecution.

He then explained that although there was a discussion on the revision of the Special Prosecutor Act, the rejection of the unconstitutional bill was the priority and that the discussion was decided after the rejection.

The People's Power plans to reject four agricultural bills, including the revision of the Grain Management Act, which will be re-voted along with the twin special prosecutors, the revision of the National Assembly Act, and the revision of the National Assembly Testimony Appraisal Act.
