The presidential office has accused Oh My News and Oh My TV, which filmed and broadcasted the area of the presidential residence in Hannam-dong on YouTube, of violating the Military Base and Military Facility Protection Act.

The president's office said the accused filmed the area of the residence without permission, and that the area of the residence is a military facility protection zone inhabited by the incumbent president and head of state and is a security facility directly connected to the security of the country.

At the same time, he expressed strong regret, saying that filming without permission can be punished in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

The president's office added that it will respond strongly to such misconduct in the future.
