Yes, the cold ice air, which has an upper temperature of minus 40 degrees Celsius from the north, has come down to Korea, bringing the strongest cold wave across the country this winter.

The morning temperature in Seoul dropped to minus 10.2 degrees Celsius, and the cold wind caused the wind to drop to minus 18 degrees Celsius.

It's freezing in the middle of the day?

[Reporter]
Yes, even in the middle of the day, the temperature will not rise significantly, and the maximum temperature in Seoul will remain at minus 8 degrees Celsius and the wind chill will remain at minus 15 degrees Celsius.

Until tomorrow morning, the momentum of the cold will not ease and it will be cold similar to today.

Temperatures in most parts of the Seoul metropolitan area are expected to remain around minus 15 degrees, with temperatures hitting minus 12 degrees Celsius and wind chill hitting minus 15 degrees Celsius tomorrow morning.

However, the Korea Meteorological Administration predicts that as temperatures rise from tomorrow afternoon, the momentum of the cold wave will be dampened, and normal temperatures will recover from the weekend.
