A heavy snow warning is in effect on the west coast of Chungcheongnam-do, Honam, and Jeju mountains.
The Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) said cloud bands developed in the West Sea will continue to flow through the northwest wind, bringing up to 20cm more snow to the West Coast by today.

A heavy snow warning is issued when snow is expected to fall more than 5cm for an additional 24 hours, and a heavy snow warning will take effect if it is expected to fall more than 20cm.
