[Incheon] Ongjin-gun re-offers private shipping companies to introduce large passenger ships on Baengnyeong Island.

Ongjin-gun, Incheon, is launching a private prehistoric competition along with direct construction to introduce a large passenger ship on Baengnyeong Island, the northernmost island in the West Sea.

Ongjin County has announced the selection of a preferred bidder to operate a large passenger ship on the Incheon-Baenyeongdo route.

This is the 10th time since the first announcement was made in February 2020.

Ongjin-gun plans to carry out preliminary administrative procedures such as a feasibility study by the Ministry of Public Administration and Security and a central investment review after completing the project feasibility study service by March for direct construction of large passenger ships that will be held separately from the re-publication.
