Kim Jung-won, secretary-general of the Constitutional Court, expressed his position on the emergency martial law decree that it does not conform to the Constitution.

Asked today if decree No. 1, which prohibits any political activities, is in line with the Constitution, Secretary-General Kim said in an emergency question at the National Assembly, "We are currently hearing it, but it is not in line with the Constitution."
