Gaza's health ministry, which is ruled by Palestinian militant Hamas, said 46,006 people have been killed and 109,378 injured since the war began on October 7 last year.
More than half of the deaths are women and children, the health ministry added.
Gaza's health ministry does not distinguish between civilians and combatants in casualty statistics.
Nine people, including a one-week-old baby, were killed in Israeli airstrikes in Gaza the previous day, the Associated Press said, citing local health officials.
Israeli forces have previously said they have killed more than 17,000 militants in Gaza.
