At a press conference today (10th), former Minister Kim's lawyers said, "Under the direction of certain political forces, the courts and investigative agencies are cooperating and moving in order."
In particular, he said that the prosecution judged that the legal conduct of martial law was a riot, and that he could not help but doubt whether the charges were written by the South Korean prosecutor or by North Korea.
Regarding the investigative agency's attempt to execute an arrest warrant for President Yoon, former Minister Kim explained that he is expressing his willingness to fight to block the execution.
The lawyers also argued that violations of the decree before martial law was lifted could still be punished, adding that they would file a complaint if the violators were identified.
