The Jongno Police Station in Seoul is investigating members of the Korean University Student Progressive Union who staged a surprise protest in front of the U.S. Embassy in Jongno-gu at around noon today (10th).
Twelve members of Daejinyeon asked for a meeting in front of the U.S. Embassy and shouted slogans such as "The U.S., which supported Han Deok-soo, the acting president of the insurrection, should apologize" or "condemn the U.S. interference in domestic affairs."
Police are investigating the crime by arresting them on charges of violating the Act on Assembly and Protest.
