The cold wind weakened from noon and the temperature rose significantly, indicating that the greatest crisis of the cold wave has passed.

This week, as a strong cold of minus 40 degrees Celsius continued to descend south from the northern sky, it was unable to withstand the severe cold and stopped the flow.

In particular, Seoul had the strongest cold wave for the second day, with the morning temperature falling to minus 12 degrees Celsius, the lowest this winter, and the temperature felt remained around minus 18 degrees Celsius for two consecutive days.

, but the momentum of the cold wind has eased significantly since the day.
