Traffic congestion is expected to be held today (11th) in downtown Seoul, a weekend of protests against the impeachment of President Yoon Suk Yeol.

Yoon Seok-yeol's immediate resignation and social reform emergency action plan to hold a rally in favor of the president's impeachment at the Dong-Sip-Ja intersection in Jongno-gu this afternoon.

The Liberty Korea Party will hold anti-impeachment rallies around Gwanghwamun, including in front of Donghwa Duty Free Shop, and the New Liberal Alliance will hold anti-impeachment rallies around the presidential residence in Hannam-dong.

The police plan to minimize inconvenience to citizens by deploying more than 160 traffic police officers to operate variable lanes.

The police asked people to use public transportation such as subways when passing by as traffic congestion is expected in Sejong-daero, Sajik-ro, and Hannam-daero in Yongsan-gu.

For detailed traffic conditions, refer to the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency's traffic information information call or the traffic information center website.
