The People's Power criticized the Democratic Party of Korea for accusing conservative YouTubers of propaganda of rebellion, saying that it is an act of blocking the public's mouth with indiscriminate accusations.

Floor spokesman Park Soo-min said in a commentary that the crime of propaganda of rebellion can only be established as an act of pre-insurrection by law, and the Democratic Party's accusation is a strict distortion of the law.

He then called for the impeachment to stop indiscriminately labeling "insurrection" and focus on his responsibilities and duties as the first party, saying, "Why did you exclude the crime of rebellion from the reason for the impeachment?"

Spokesman Park Min-young also criticized the freedom of expression that the Democratic Party had emphasized so much, saying, "If the Democratic Party spreads fake news related to the incitement of a rebellion through KakaoTalk, it can be punished for propaganda of a rebellion."

Earlier, Rep. Jeon Yong-ki, chairman of the Democratic Party's National Communication Committee, said that false manipulation information is rampant after martial law, and that spreading fake news related to propaganda through KakaoTalk as well as comments can be punished enough.
