Kim Sung-hoon, deputy chief of the security service, who is representing the resigned former chief of security Park Jong-joon, also refused to comply with the police's third request for attendance.

The police are expected to consider applying for an arrest warrant for Deputy Chief Kim.

Let's connect with a reporter from the Ministry of Social Affairs to hear more details.

Reporter Yang Dong-hoon and Deputy Director of Security Kim Sung-hoon did not attend today, right?

The time the police demanded attendance was 10 a.m. today, but Deputy Chief Kim did not appear at the end.

The Presidential Security Service said that Deputy Chief Kim, who took over as a deputy due to the resignation of former Chief of Security Park Jong-joon, is unable to leave because of the presidential security work.

Earlier, the police demanded attendance twice on the 4th and 8th, but Deputy Chief Kim did not respond.

The police are also expected to consider applying for an arrest warrant for Deputy Chief Kim, who refused to attend the third round.

Deputy Director Kim is accused of obstructing the execution of special public affairs, which blocked the joint investigation headquarters' execution of an arrest warrant against President Yoon on the 3rd.

Park Jong-joon, former chief of security, who was investigated intensively for more than 13 hours on the same charges yesterday, is still attending the police from 9 a.m. today for further investigation.

The police also sent a second request for attendance to Lee Jin-ha, head of the Security and Safety Headquarters, who did not comply with the first request for attendance, to attend by 2 p.m. today.

Yesterday, the police had an executive meeting regarding the execution of President Yoon's arrest warrant?

[Reporter]
Yes, yesterday, the police summoned the heads of the Metropolitan Police Agency's regional investigation team in Seoul, northern Gyeonggi Province, southern Gyeonggi Province, and Incheon to hold a meeting.

It is said to be to prepare measures against the failure of President Yoon's arrest due to security personnel at the time of execution of the first arrest warrant on the 3rd.

Earlier, the National Police Agency asked four police agencies in the metropolitan area to cooperate because they could mobilize investigators, but the number of people targeted is said to be about 1,000.

The meeting was held for about two hours from 2 p.m. yesterday, and the participants are known to be the criminal activities leader and drug crime investigation leader of each investigation team.

The meeting reportedly discussed the expected difficulties in executing President Yoon's second arrest warrant, the size of the personnel to be deployed, and the allocation of duties.

However, it is reported that all the details have not been finalized, but there is a possibility that additional meetings may be held.

As a result, it is unlikely that the second warrant will be executed against President Yoon this weekend.
