The police emergency martial law special investigation team announced today (11th) that it has summoned Presidential Chief of Staff Jeong Jin-seok.
The police reportedly investigated Chief of Staff Chung's actions and involvement in the emergency martial law declared by President Yoon Suk Yeol on December 3 last year.
Earlier on the 3rd, the Democratic Party of Korea accused Chief of Staff Chung, former Chief of Security Park Jong-joon, and Senior Secretary for Civil Affairs Kim Joo-hyun of rebellion.
