A fishing boat flipped over in the sea of Yokjido Island in Tongyeong, Gyeongsangnam-do...a three-person rescue

At around 4:30 p.m. today (11th), a shrimp prospect fishing boat was overturned after being flooded in waters 50km south of Yokjido Island in Tongyeong, Gyeongsangnam-do.

All three people, including the captain on the ship, were rescued by a nearby fishing boat, and the accident ship was confirmed to be at sea overturned.

The Coast Guard is investigating the exact cause of the accident, believing that the ship was overturned after being hit by waves and flooded during operation.
