Gov. Gavin Newsom has refuted U.S. President-elect Trump's accusation that the Los Angeles wildfires were due to the Democratic California governor's dimensional policies.

California Gov. Gavin Newsom posted on social media "X" on the 10th local time and told Trump to come to the wildfire site himself.

Governor Newsom attached an official invitation letter, saying hundreds of thousands of Americans who are homeless and fearful for the future deserve to see everyone working together, rather than politicizing the tragedy or spreading disinformation from the sidelines.

Governor Newsom also ordered the Los Angeles Department of Water Resources to investigate a controversial fire water problem during the wildfire extinguishing process.

The LA Times reported on the 7th that water was depleted in a number of fire hydrants during the Palisades fire, and the Santa Inez Reservoir, which was available as a firefighter, has been closed since February last year without water.

The L.A.-area wildfire has so far killed 11 people and burned more than 12,000 buildings, and the area of damage is 150 square kilometers, which is larger than San Francisco.
