Fire at a dog breeding farm in Eumseong-gun, North Chungcheong Province...40 animals died.

A fire broke out at a dog farm in Gamgok-myeon, Eumseong-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do, at around 11:30 p.m. last night (11th) and was extinguished in 2 hours and 30 minutes.

One 455-square-meter farm was burned by the fire, and 40 dogs inside died, causing property damage worth 50 million won estimated by the fire department.

Police and fire authorities believe the fire started in a stove inside the farm and are investigating the specific cause of the fire.
