The People's Power will hold a general meeting of lawmakers this week to discuss ways to focus on six hours at the time of the emergency and propose its own independent counsel bill excluding "foreign exchange crimes."

As a result, the Democratic Party of Korea is determined to pass the revised independent counsel law at this week's plenary session, saying it is nothing more than the ruling party's "delay strategy," which is expected to cause severe pain.

The People's Power predicted a general meeting of lawmakers and said it would discuss its own independent counsel law to confront the "insurrection independent counsel" from the opposition.

We will spend about six hours at the center of the investigation from the declaration of the emergency martial law to the lifting of the law, and gather lawmakers' thoughts on whether to propose its own amendment to delete the "foreign exchange crime" included in the opposition special counsel law.

People's Power is particularly problematic about the addition of charges that the Democratic Party of Korea secretly conspired with foreign countries to threaten the existence of the state to the new independent counsel law.

Until the recent abolition of the first civil war independent counsel law, there were more skepticism within the ruling party about the proposal of its own independent counsel law.

However, it is persuasive that the opposition party should negotiate with the special prosecutor and at the same time focus on the reason for opposing the president's arrest warrant.

The Democratic Party of Korea strongly protested, saying the ruling party uses a strategy to drag on and delay time again.

When we introduced a third-party recommendation method as demanded by the people, this time, we decided that there was virtually no will of the independent counsel to limit the scope of the investigation.

He also repeatedly claimed that the Yoon Suk Yeol regime tried to create a cause for emergency martial law by attracting foreign exchange, such as inducing North Korea's provocation of the NLL, and that "foreign exchange crimes" could not be omitted from the special prosecution.

The Democratic Party plans to deal with the second civil war special prosecution law at the plenary session on the 14th and 16th at the latest.

However, as Acting President Choi Sang-mok emphasized the agreement between the ruling and opposition parties of the independent counsel, there is a possibility that Chairman Woo Won-sik will propose negotiations if the ruling party proposes an amendment.

However, even if the ruling and opposition parties start negotiations as they are already parallel over the six-hour special prosecution and the controversy over foreign exchange crimes, considerable difficulties are expected.
