The government is expected to re-execute the arrest warrant as early as this week.

Lawyers for the president of Yoon Suk Yeol submitted a senior appointment a month after the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit transferred the presidential rebellion case from the prosecution and police.
Four people, including lawyer Yoon Gap-geun, were listed in the senior ranks, and a brief interview with the investigation team was also held after the submission.
At the first meeting, the president again questioned the authority, asking if the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit, which does not have the right to investigate the rebellion, could execute an arrest warrant.
It was also found that he expressed his opinion to consider the suspect's right to defend and national dignity in the execution of arrest warrants.
However, there was no proposal this time regarding President Yoon's voluntary attendance, which was of interest.
The defense team's sudden submission of senior leadership is interpreted as an intention to delay the imminent re-execution of the arrest warrant even a little.
In addition, it is not appropriate to arrest the incumbent president, so it seems that he tried to convey again that it is not too late to execute after the impeachment trial decides whether to dismiss him or not.
However, an official from the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit said that the validity of the warrant does not disappear just because the senior manager is submitted,
You have made it clear that you will continue to execute the
warrant.
The Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit, which was wary of the expanded interpretation of the senior submission, is expected to re-execute the arrest warrant as early as this week.
