The high-ranking government official's criminal investigation office has been cautious for nearly a week even after the arrest warrant for President Yoon Suk Yeol was reissued.

With the determination that the execution of the second arrest warrant is the last, we are reviewing various variables that may occur at the scene.

In particular, the YTN report confirmed that not only criminal punishment but also civil damages lawsuits and claims for reimbursement rights are considered against the presidential security service.

The presidential security agency will post-charge the presidential security agency for the cost of removing obstacles such as bars and car walls installed around the presidential residence.

We are also considering filing a civil damages lawsuit if there are any injuries caused by a physical fight between the security service and the investigation team.

However, we plan to ensure that employees of the Security Service are not punished even if they disobey the superior order to resist the execution of arrest warrants.

Even if the Presidential Security Service charges employees who disobey the order for dereliction of duty, they discussed how to deal with it in the investigation stage.

This is in contrast to the police's investigation of former presidential security chief Park Jong-joon, deputy chief Kim Sung-hoon, and general manager Lee Jin-ha on charges of obstructing the execution of special public affairs.

In the process of executing the second arrest warrant, it is interpreted as a strategy to avoid physical conflict as much as possible by considering strict response to security officials and leniency to employees.
