The price of dried laver soared 1.5 times compared to a year ago.

According to the price information site of the Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation, the average retail price of 10 dried laver sheets as of the 10th was 1,562 won, exceeding 150 won per sheet.

This is a 49% increase from a year ago and a 67% increase from the average year.

In particular, prices have risen sharply in the past month, exceeding 1,500 won to 1,528 won on the 9th, and 34 won more in a day.

The wholesale price has also jumped significantly.

The wholesale market's intermediary selling price of 100 sheets was 11,860 won, up 57% from 7,487 won a year ago, the report showed.
