Chosun Biz reported today (13th) that the Ministry of Employment and Labor concluded that the management's charges were not admitted in connection with the workplace harassment report filed by former deputy leader L, who is known to be a close aide to former CEO Min Hee-jin.
Earlier in September last year, Deputy CEO L reported five Hive executives on charges of workplace harassment, saying Hive conducted an illegal audit, including a coercive collection of information assets.
However, Chosun Biz said L's report was a counter-action to allegations of sexual harassment surrounding him.
Deputy CEO L was reported in March last year on suspicion of harassing and sexual harassment at work to employee A of Audore. It was alleged that former CEO Min Hee-jin, who was the CEO of Audor at the time, instructed L to report Hive's management as bullying in the workplace as the case led to a reinvestigation. This is interpreted as an intention to interfere with the re-investigation attempt requested by A.Employee A
reported former representative Min Hee-jin and former deputy representative L to the Ministry of Employment and Labor on charges of unfair labor practices and labor-management irregularities. At the same time, he has filed a lawsuit against former CEO Min to the police and 100 million won in damages. The mediation process was carried out, but the case was transferred to a formal trial as former representative Min completely denied A's claims.
