Fewer than 300 new doctors will be released this year, the report showed.

According to the data received by Kim Sun-min of the Cho Kuk Innovation Party, a member of the National Assembly's Health and Welfare Committee, 285 people took the 89th national medical examination from the 9th to the 10th.Since the

doctor's license is given to those who pass the medical examination and writing after graduation from medical school or medical school, the number of new doctors will not exceed 300 this year.

Earlier, 347 people took the 89th practical test held in September last year, and 304 of the successful applicants applied for the written test.

Only 9.1% of the 3,133 candidates who took the 88th test held in January last year were less than one-tenth of the total.

The government will recruit interns for each training hospital next month for those who pass the national examination, but the application rate is also expected to be low due to the small number of applicants themselves.
