[Incheon] Incheon City operates a 24-hour chatbot service called 'Incheon Talk Talk'

The Incheon Metropolitan Government has decided to operate the chatbot service "Incheon Talk Talk," which responds to complaints 24 hours a day based on KakaoTalk.

Incheon TalkTalk is an artificial intelligence counselor who handles complaints in seven areas, including transportation, welfare, life, and jobs, and answers 221 questions.

If you search the "Incheon Metropolitan City website" on the Kakao Talk friend list screen and register as a plus friend, you can use the service immediately.

The Incheon Metropolitan Government explained that it did not use the budget and built answer data by making the most of the data it had from the past, and also had an online site shortcut function that provides event information or new news on the first screen.

It also added that the service will continue to be improved so that unregistered answers can be answered in the future due to the low frequency of questions.
