Roh Sang-won, the former intelligence commander, who has been pointed out as the so-called "secret line" of the emergency martial law crisis, will be tried by the same court as former Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun.

The Seoul Central District Court today (13th) allocated the case of former commander Roh, who was arrested and indicted on charges of engaging in important missions of civil war, to the 25th criminal agreement.
