The government will announce a reorganization of the so-called "pick-up" system next month.

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport said in this year's major business promotion plan announced today (13th) that it will improve the system so that unranked subscription housing can be supplied to end-users of homelessness.

As a result, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport is strongly considering limiting residential areas by setting the direction of allowing only homeless people to pick up.

Unranked subscriptions fell short of the first and second subscriptions or were available to anyone regardless of the number of houses and the area where they live and receive subscriptions back to the remaining volume caused by contract abandonment.

However, if they win, they generate more than hundreds of millions of won in market profits, which is called a "lotto subscription" and has caused a side effect of attracting applicants.

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport will also strengthen the process of checking dependents and actual residence documents to prevent illegal subscriptions using dependents.

However, it added that it is not considering reorganizing the subscription addition system itself related to dependents.
