submitted an appeal to the 21st Division of Criminal Agreement of the Seoul Central District Court today (13th).

Earlier, the court sentenced CEO Song to two years in prison for receiving illegal political funds in the name of donations through an outside organization, "Muksa-yeon."

However, he was acquitted of the suspicion of spraying money envelopes by the Democratic Party, saying, "The mobile phone received by the prosecution at random is evidence of illegal collection."
