Man in his 40s to kill his cohabitation's father, charged in custody

A man who murdered the father of a housemate who left home has been put on trial in custody.

The Daegu District Prosecutors' Office's Sangju Branch said it has arrested and charged a 42-year-old man with retaliatory murder.

Mr. A is accused of murdering the father of a cohabitation with a weapon at a house in Sangju, North Gyeongsang Province, in December last year, and attempting to kill the mother of the cohabitation.

In the course of the crime, A was found to have insulted the parents of the cohabitation, asking them to release the cohabitation who had fought with her and left the house.

The prosecution believes that A has committed a retaliatory crime over the previous report to the police after the cohabitation was assaulted by A.
