"The last 4 minutes black box itself seems to have not worked"
2009 manufactured passenger plane without black box auxiliary battery
"Very unusual situation…Causes of power outages are also investigated"
The investigation of the accident has become very difficult as no record of the final four minutes can be found in the black box, which was expected to inform the circumstances of the Muan airport plane disaster.
Analog-style investigations to estimate the circumstances at the time of the accident by the physical state of the debris of the gas have also become inevitable.

Flight recorders (FDRs) and voice recorders (CVRs) without records in the last four minutes immediately before the collision.
Both devices have records of 25 hours and 2 hours, which are recorded capacity, and the accident investigation committee judges that the recording device itself did not work from a certain time, not that it was recorded but the content was not delivered.
It's not that there's an hour and 56 minutes left for the two hours, but both hours were recorded. FDR also records all 25 hours, but it's no longer saved in the last 4 minutes.]
In the end, it is likely that the power supply to the black box was cut off, but there was no auxiliary battery in the accident plane manufactured before the mandatory installation of auxiliary batteries in the black box in 2018.
The accident investigation committee said it is very unusual for all black box records to be stopped due to power cutoff, and is also investigating the cause of the power cutoff.
At the same time, we are focusing on securing auxiliary clues as there are no decisive clues.
We have no choice but to mobilize control communication records, which are records of conversations between controllers and pilots, airport CCTVs at all angles that took pictures of aircraft at the time of landing, the condition of both engines, various electronic equipment obtained from the wreckage, and interviews with witnesses.Analog-style circumstantial investigations that trace the situation back by examining the physical condition of the
accident aircraft one by one have also become inevitable.
[Jung Yoon-sik / Professor of Aeronautical Operations at Catholic Kwandong University] If you look at the warning light and look at it under a microscope, you can see if the filament is broken with the light on or without the light. Or there's a needle on the instrument panel, speed, engine instrument panel, and because of the impact, the needle hits the back plate behind the instrument panel. Then I'll see him playing....]
In addition, we plan to conduct a detailed analysis to find indirect clues in the 25-hour flight record and 2-hour voice recordings recorded in the black box.
However, since there is no most direct and clear record of the circumstances of the accident, a much longer and more difficult process has become inevitable before the details of the accident are revealed.
