The People's Power leadership will announce the final position of the Special Counsel Act today (14th).

The People's Power held a general meeting of lawmakers yesterday and gathered opinions on whether to propose its own martial law independent counsel law, but failed to reach a conclusion.

Floor leader Kwon Sung-dong said that the pros and cons of the parliamentary meeting were tense, and explained that he would make a comprehensive and political decision after hearing the opinions of the leadership, including Kwon Young-se, chairman of the emergency committee.

The Democratic Party of Korea proposed the 2nd Civil War Special Investigation Act, which added "foreign exchange crimes," and passed the plenary session of the National Assembly Judiciary Committee, which is opposed by the people's power.
