The 42nd election for the chairman of the Korea Sports Council will proceed as scheduled today (14th) after safely crossing the threshold of the court.
Why is the result different from the Korea Football Association, which was put on hold on the eve of the election?

Twenty-two hours before the election for the president of the KOC, the court ruled that the vote should proceed as scheduled.
It rejected the application for an injunction to suspend the election filed by candidate Kang Shin-wook and others.
The court stressed that even if the election proceeds as it is, there are enough "post-mortem means of objection" to the election or the effectiveness of the election.
He explained that 2,244 electors have already been confirmed and notified, taking into account the imminent election and the possibility of further confusion if the provisional disposition is cited.
Candidate Kang Shin-wook claimed that there were problems with the composition and procedure, including the dead and the enlistment of the electors, but
The
court stated that it is sufficient to write down the dead person in Vigokan, and that losing the right to vote just because he joined the army violates the right to vote for military service members.
The Eastern District Court also dismissed the issue of making it difficult for local voters to participate in the 150-minute on-site voting at Seoul Olympic Park as a "home."
The conclusion was the opposite of the Korea Football Association, which had to start from the ground up due to the braking on the eve of the election, but the difference was the management and coach of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
The court stated that fairness and transparency are guaranteed as the Sports Council's election management committee consists of only outsiders and an objective third party, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, is involved.I wrote that there is a difference from the KFA rule that '∀}
' should have at least two thirds of outside commissioners.
Korea's sports presidential election begins as scheduled at 1 p.m. today (14th).
In addition to Lee Ki-heung, chairman of the Sports Council of Gangwon Province, Kim Yong-joo, former secretary-general of the Gangwon-do Sports Council, Yoo Seung Min, former president of the Korea Table Tennis Association, Kang Tae-sun, president of the Seoul Sports Council, Oh Joo-young, president of the Korea Sepak Takraw Association, and Kang Shin-wook, honorary professor of Dankook University.
