The accident happened at around 5:10 a.m. today.

Roads froze near the Gusan Interchange in the direction of Paju, Jayu-ro, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, causing a series of crashes.

Two or three or six vehicles collided, respectively.

Including the single accident, a total of 44 cars were found to have been in the accident.A man in his 40s who was driving a truck was injured in an accident in

and taken to a hospital, and fortunately, it is said that it is not life-threatening.

Fire authorities sprayed calcium chloride on the frozen road section and finished cleaning the scene at around 6:30 a.m., about an hour after the accident.

However, in the aftermath of the accident, traffic congestion occurred on the way to work near the Gusan Interchange and near the Mokjeolgyo Bridge in the direction of Jayu-ro Paju.

More than 40 cars also got into an accident on the Munsan Expressway in Seoul?

On the Munsan Expressway in Seoul in northern Gyeonggi Province, accidents caused by road freezing occurred one after another.

First of all, there was a multi-collision accident at around 5:50 a.m. today (14th) in the section between the Go-Yang Junction in the direction of Munsan on the Seoul Munsan Expressway in Seongsa-dong, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do.

So far, there have been 43 cars in the accident and 13 casualties.

At around 6:40 a.m., a multi-collision traffic accident also occurred on the road toward Paju on the Seoul Munsan Expressway near Do-dong, Deokyang-gu, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do.

Each collision occurred at different points on the Munsan Expressway.

It has been confirmed that 18 vehicles collided at the accident site in Do-dong, leaving two people injured.

Police and fire authorities are investigating the exact extent of the damage and how the accident occurred.
