Yesterday, the Constitutional Court held a meeting on President Yoon's request to avoid judges and object to the deadline.

The next second pleading date is scheduled for the 16th, two days later.

Earlier yesterday afternoon, the National Assembly applied for five witnesses, including National Intelligence Service Director Hong Jang-won, National Police Agency Commissioner Jo Ji-ho, and Special Warfare Commander Kwak Jong-geun.

It also seems to be speeding up preparations for the defense by submitting evidence of emergency martial law.

argues that justice Chung is concerned about fairness, citing the reason that he has worked at the Korean Law Research Association, a group of progressive judges.

The Constitutional Court is expected to announce the outcome of the meeting at 2 p.m. in the first hearing.

The Constitutional Court said it will proceed with the hearing after the court decides whether Justice Chung will attend.

However, the Constitutional Court added that most of them were rejected or dismissed, saying that the application for a judge's challenge had never been cited.
