As a result, a cold wave warning was issued for Pyeongchang, Gangwon Province, and the mountains in the central part of the country, northeastern Gyeonggi Province, and northern North Gyeongsang Province.

In areas where a cold wave warning has been issued, temperatures will fall below -12 degrees Celsius tomorrow morning, and Seoul, where no special warning has been issued, is expected to fall to -6 degrees Celsius and -11 degrees Celsius.

In particular, winds are strong across the country, so most parts of the country are expected to stay below zero, including minus 1 degree Celsius in Seoul even in the middle of the day.
