During the response process, mixed responses between military personnel were also exposed, and there was also opposition to the view linking the military and foreign exchange attraction, including the so-called "Northern Wind Planning Claim."

The Democratic Party of Korea intensively questioned whether there was any additional attempt by the military after the Dec. 3 emergency martial law was lifted.

At around 1 a.m. the next day of martial law, he asked if there was a separate move to mobilize the military after the National Assembly's demand to lift martial law was approved, but the martial law commander dismissed such an order.

The opposition party's view is that the military prepared for the second and third martial law, and some pointed out that the data submitted by the troops mobilized during the martial law were poor.

Unlike the Intelligence Command's report of the time when it prepared to send personnel to the National Election Commission at 10 p.m. on December 3, there is a situation in which the vehicle was prepared from 5 p.m., five hours ago.

Amid criticism over the military mobilization in the emergency martial law crisis, there was also opposition to criticism that the military was mobilized to attract foreign exchange.

Contrary to opposition claims, there was no "northern wind maneuver" to declare martial law, saying that comparing the military's national defense mission specified in the constitution to the "northern wind" could sink everything.

However, Kim Myung-soo, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, apologized, saying he was disappointed in the public when he pointed out that the military should first reveal its position on being used in a series of incidents.
