The Presidential Security Service says it is not true about reports that the security service is in the process of allowing access to the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit and that the 55th Guard Corps has approved access to the official residence.

The security service issued a statement and said that the 55 Guard never approved access to the airlift, and that the 55 Guard did not have the right to approve access to the area.

In addition, the security agency said it will implement security measures in accordance with due process regardless of the request from the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit.

Earlier, the Airborne Division said that the Army Capital Defense Command's 55 Guard Corps, which is in charge of protecting the outskirts of the presidential residence, replied that it would allow Yoon Suk Yeol to enter the residence for the execution of an arrest warrant.

In addition, some media reported that the security service is in the process of permitting access to the airlift and police personnel to enter the official residence, and only the final decision of Kim Sung-hoon, deputy head of the security service, remains.
