"I'm relieved that I'm in remission now and I'm continuing to focus on my recovery," Crown Prince Bin said in a post on X (formerly Twitter) after visiting the hospital where he was treated on the 14th local time.
"As anyone who has been diagnosed with cancer knows, it takes time to adjust to the new normal," he said. "But I'm looking forward to the full year to come." There is a lot to look forward to," he added.
The crown prince visited London's Royal Marsden Hospital, where he was treated, to thank the medical staff and encourage cancer patients.
He also said he was co-sponsored by the hospital with his husband Prince William.
The crown prince announced in March that he had been diagnosed with cancer after undergoing abdominal surgery in January last year and announced the end of chemotherapy in September, saying "the journey to cure is long."
