J-Hope's first world tour "j-hope Tour "HOPE ON THE STAGE" (hereinafter referred to as "HOPE ON THE STAGE") held at KSPO DOME in Songpa-gu, Seoul, for three days from February 28th to March 2nd, was sold out three times at the start of pre-sale of fan clubs on the 14th.
"HOPE ON THE STAGE" will kick off splendidly in Seoul and begin its North American tour starting in Brooklyn on March 13. In particular, it will perform at the BMO Stadium in Los Angeles on April 4 and 6, drawing attention. This is the first time for a Korean solo artist to enter BMO Stadium.
U.S. business magazine Forbes said on the news of J-Hope's world tour, "This tour will signal J-Hope's return to the global stage and a new beginning," adding, "J-Hope is entering BMO Stadium for the first time as a Korean solo artist, solidifying his pioneering position in the overall K-pop."
In addition, a number of media outlets, including the AP, the largest U.S. news agency, and Consequence of Sound, a U.S. music media outlet, scrambled to report the news of J-Hope's world tour, pointing to his performance at the large-scale music festival "Lollapalooza" held in Chicago, U.S. in 2022.
HOPE ON THE STAGE will be performed 31 times in a total of 15 cities, including Seoul, Brooklyn, Chicago, Mexico City, San Antonio, Oakland, Los Angeles, Manila, Saitama, Singapore, Jakarta, Bangkok, Macau, Taipei and Osaka.
