KHNP launches Czech nuclear power plant...March Final Contract All Out

Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Co., which was selected as the preferred bidder for the construction of a new nuclear power plant in the Czech Republic, has set up a dedicated department ahead of the final contract in March.

KHNP recently established a Czech nuclear power plant business office dedicated to the construction of two new nuclear power plants in Dukovani, Czech Republic.


There are more than a hundred people, including technical, quality, and safety experts who will promote local construction projects after final contract negotiation teams are finalized.

The industry believes that the contract will be finalized easily only when the intellectual property dispute with Westinghouse in the U.S. is resolved before the final contract.
