GiniTV's original drama "Namib" (scripted by Um Sung-min, director Han Sang-jae, Kang Min-gu, planned KT Studio Genie, production SLL, studio Woo Young-soo) is a drama about the story of fired star producer "Kang Soo-hyun" (played by Ko Hyun-jung) and released long-term trainee "Yoo Jin-woo" (Rough One) meeting and going forward for their respective goals.
Choi Chan-ho played the role of "Park Yoon," the third generation of Eunsang Group, who uses money as power in the play to live as Anhamu people. In a recent broadcast, Choi Chan-ho appeared again under the influence of drugs despite being arrested for drug crimes, causing a disturbance in a vehicle driven by "Yu Jin-woo" (Rareun) and causing a car overturn, raising the tension of the play.
It also provoked viewers' anger when it was revealed that he was a Pandora Entertainment trainee in the past and approached the younger brother of "Jang Hyun-chul" (Lee Seung-joon) as an investor, leading to his death.
Earlier, Choi Chan-ho appeared as a police officer in JTBC's drama "A Assembly Family," which ended in November last year, playing a friendly character who not only solved civil complaints but also claimed to be the only counseling center for Choi Moo-sung, his senior. In "Namib," he is trying to make a drastic acting transformation and proving a wide acting spectrum.
Gini TV's original drama "Namib" will air every Monday and Tuesday at 10 p.m. on ENA, and streaming will be provided free of charge on KT Genie TV and Genie TV Mobile immediately after the actual broadcast.
