Yoon Suk Yeol's president, accused of leading a rebellion, has been arrested by the high-ranking government official's criminal investigation office.

At around 10:33 a.m. today, the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit escorted President Yoon to the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit building in Gwacheon, Gyeonggi-do.

Currently, the Senior Prosecutor Lee Jae-seung, Senior Prosecutor Lee Dae-hwan, and Senior Prosecutor Cha Jung-hyun are preparing for the investigation of President Yoon.

After declaring an emergency decree on December 3, President Yoon Suk Yeol is accused of staging riots for the purpose of disorderly conduct, including sending soldiers and police to the National Assembly and the National Election Commission.
