Regarding Yoon Suk Yeol's announcement that the arrest warrant of the Airborne is illegal, Prime Minister Han Deok-soo said, "I think all citizens should follow the Constitution and laws."

In an institutional report by the National Assembly's Special Committee on Investigation into the Allegations of Yoon Suk Yeol's Government Insurrection, Prime Minister Han said that the President also said he would take legal and political responsibility for his decision.

Prime Minister Han also apologized on December 3 last year, saying he believed the emergency martial law was declared without deliberation by the State Council, and that he was very sorry for not preventing the wrong declaration of martial law.

Regarding the suspension of the appointment of a constitutional judge, which was the reason for his impeachment, he stressed that there must be an agreement between the ruling and opposition parties, saying that no constitutional judge was appointed without an agreement between the ruling and opposition parties.
