According to Reuters and others, the White House National Security Council said in a statement under its spokesperson that the United States will continue to commit to cooperation with the South Korean government and recognize its efforts and citizens in complying with the Constitution.
The NSC also stressed that U.S. support for the Korean people remains unchanged and supports "our (U.S. and South Korea) joint commitment to the rule of law."
