Bodyguards, they're not going to stop the execution."Some of the controversy over illegality"
Controversy over exceptions to the competent court and criminal law at the time of the first execution
Unlike in the first attempt to execute the arrest warrant, the Presidential Security Service did not actively engage in public housing.
As the controversy over the illegality of the warrant subsides, the cause of resistance is weakened, and the distrust of the hardline command also appears to have prevented front-line bodyguards from moving.
Reporter Shin Yoon-jung reports.

As the execution of the second arrest warrant was imminent, the Presidential Security Service expressed its willingness to block illegal access without prior approval, saying it would respond according to the security service guidelines.
However, when the actual execution began, most of the bodyguards did not follow the command policy by staying in Daegi-dong, the official residence, or taking a vacation.
This change seems to be due to the partial resolution of various controversies over illegality related to arrest warrants.
On the 3rd, controversy over the illegality was raised by issuing a warrant containing exceptions to the criminal procedure law by the Western District Court, not under the jurisdiction of the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit.

However, the court later rejected President Yoon's objection to the execution of the arrest warrant and the controversy was dampened by the remarks of the head of the court administration.

Some analysts say that the resignation of Park Jong-joon, a former deputy director, and Kim Sung-hoon, who acted on behalf of the moderate party, called for a hard-line response have caused opposition.
Some executives are known to have publicly called for Kim's resignation after mentioning the use of force.
[Yoon Gun-young / Rep. Kim Hyun-jung's news show on the 9th] It's bubbling under the surface. So there's a lot of complaints about this nonsense and behavior that we're doing right now about some of the leaders.]
In addition, the increase in pressure seems to have affected the government, saying that if the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit and the police block warrants, they can be punished for obstructing the execution of special officials.
In the end, it is expected that it will take time to organize the bodyguard organization apart from the evaluation of this, as the complex reasons overlap and rebelled against the command instructions.
