The high-ranking government official's criminal investigation office has completed its first day of investigation into the president of Yoon Suk Yeol, who is suspected of being the head of a rebellion.

After executing an arrest warrant for President Yoon at around 10:33 a.m. today (15th), the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit escorted him to the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit building in Gwacheon, Gyeonggi-do, and began investigating suspects at 11 a.m.

The survey, which lasted about 10 hours and 40 minutes, including the break, was not completed until 9:40 p.m.

Deputy Prosecutor Lee Jae-seung, Senior Prosecutor Lee Dae-hwan, and Senior Prosecutor Cha Jung-hyun were alternately put into the investigation.

President Yoon, who exercised his right to remain silent throughout the investigation, refused to read the record and left the building of the Senior Civil Servant Corruption Investigations Unit without even stamping it.

It is interpreted that the record without a suspect's seal is aimed at the point that it cannot be used in future trials.President

Yoon is accused of rioting for the purpose of disorderly national constitution by sending soldiers and police to the National Assembly and the National Election Commission after declaring an emergency martial law on December 3rd.
